I've been using electric toothbrushes for at least 10 years. I started to use the advice of my dentist (to have a smaller head than normal brushes best I could brush some remote areas) and my hands have been at least 6-7 different models. Gradually they improved on that and in fact I've been using a Braun Oral-B battery for 2 years and I will be perfect. The batteries hold up a lot and power is maintained from first to last day. Well, it seems that Braun's experts were not satisfied and have launched a new model, the Braun Oral-B Professional Care 500, and I have to say is the best electric toothbrush I've tried so today. It has a brutal power, cleans tartar and gum almost the same intensity as you would a dentist in the office. It is bringing pressure sensor, thereby reducing the speed if exert much force against the teeth. No spent batteries because it uses a cradle that works with electricity, but you do not need charging daily. In my tests I have endured about 5 days with 2 daily brushing. It is so powerful that I do not recommend people with sensitive teeth and gums or small children.
